The Mexican team visited Medha, a small village in the Jawali taluka of Sataradistrict where local Tanishka members had started small scale businesses suchas manufacturing sanitary napkins. Neha Kulkarni and Tanishka Membersexplained how the ‘Nirmal Napkins’ made by them were of a betterquality than the others available in the market. The qualityof napkins made by the locals was appreciated and admired. Esteban Moctezuma,the President of Fundacion Azteca interacted with women to know the methodologyand operation of the Tanishka Foundation .
